WELCOME
On behalf of the NYSGA, we'd like to welcome you to the 2019 NYS Women's Four-Ball Championships, hosted by Ravenwood Golf Course. We are excited for this Championship's second year, especially with Ravenwood as host. PRACTICE ROUNDS
Practice rounds are available on Friday, June 21 & Saturday, June 22 and may be scheduled by contacting the pro shop and identifying yourself as a participant in this Championship. The fee (w/cart) is $55 (before 1:30pm) and $49 (after 1:30pm).
PAIRINGS
The pairings will be released via email/text (posted on this website) on Monday, June 17. Note that we do not accept pairing requests.
REGISTRATION
Each team must check-in at the registration table upon their arrival at Ravenwood. Registration will be located in the front entrance to the clubhouse. At this time players will receive special notices and their tee gift (Imperial hat w/championship logo), confirm their hole assignment, and be provided with an event program. Players can purchase guest tickets for dinner (see below) at this time.
DRIVING RANGE
The use of the driving range is free for contestants.

GOLF CARTS
Included in the entry fee is the use of a golf cart. A player can walk if they prefer but must keep up with their group.
FOOD SERVICE
- Player Dinner: A complimentary dinner for players will be provided immediately following the conclusion of play in the Ravenwood clubhouse. The dress code for dinner is golf attire.
- Menu: Caesar Salad, Breadsticks, Sauteed Seasonal Vegetables, Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Chicken, Beef Tenderloin Carving Startion and Ice Cream Station.
- Guests Tickets: Guest tickets are available and will be sold at registration for $40 each, cash or check only.
- Club Restaurant: The club's restaurant will be open during this event and accepts cash/credit payments.
DRESS CODE
The NYSGA will strictly enforce a tournament dress code with no exceptions. Collared shirts/mock turtle necks are required, and no jeans, denim, jogging outfits, or sweat pants are permitted.
PLAYER CONDUCT
Players and/or their guests must conduct themselves in a reasonable manner at all times. Any excessive display of anger, vulgar language, club throwing, alcohol abuse, illegal drug use, lack of golfing etiquette or disrespect to a fellow player or any other individual may be grounds or disqualification from any tournament. The NYSGA reserves the right to revoke a player's tournament entry, without a refund, at any time for conduct deemed inappropriate or damaging to the NYSGA.

- Notice to Competitors: Please check your cart for the Notice to Players and NYSGA Hard Card.
- Conforming Clubs and Balls: Visit the USGA website (www.usga.com) for a list of approved golf balls and drivers for the competition.
- One Ball Rule: The “One Ball Rule” will not be in effect.
- Pace of Play: As a shotgun tournament, it is important that players keep in position for the duration of this tournament. Any group that falls out of position will be asked to catch up. Any subsequent warnings may result in a penalty.
